The bar restaurant Breakfast variety Location Front desk reception staff Childrens activity corner in the lobby Comfortable beds There was one lady in particular at breakfast that was so hard-working, always checking the food supplies and replenishing and a young man tall and slender that was always clearing the tables, apologies I don't know their names. We have stayed at many hotels but always return to the Novetal .

I stay at the Novotel 3-4 times per year. The property is centrally located, extremely comfortable, and well-furnished. The rooms are spectacularly clean and comfortable, with great working space (large tables, plugs, etc.). Breakfast is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable; bathrooms very clean, ergonomic, lots of space. Although there are many choices in Vilnius, this has become my go-to place to be for a stay as a solo business traveller.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start the day. The location is also fantastic, situated right in the heart of Vilnius, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

large room not over heated so sleeping was easy, excellent bathroom, quiet at night and comfortable. The location is excellent with restaurants and shopping close by. Reception staff always ready to help with a smile. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The location was just great. Almost smack in the middle of town and just a few steps away from the old city. Main street in front of hotel gets closed over weekends and after hours so it is nice an calm. Will stay here again. If you are on the top floors towards the street you can get super nice views. Rooms are large.

good location, clean, simple. we need to go in the morning to direction Ukmerges and from old town you loose lot of time in the morning. price is ok also. lobby is good for some working except the music.

Breakfast is the best i have seen in the hotels for several years. Variety of choices, highest quality products. The staff is amazing both Lithuanians and Ukrainians. Well done! The restaurant is also good. Good quality for a good price. The staff was very good: polite, gave good recommendations and explanation.

A generally clean hotel, despite a few things. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice value for money. Good location, but this could be a problem for the light sleepers due to the busy bar street just around the corner. It was not an issue for me at all though. Different type of pillows were in the wardrobe for those who prefer a softer pillow. Soft bathrobes. Nice breakfast.

The room was average for a hotel of this type. Not outstanding, but absolutely fine. The minibar was outrageously expensive, but expectedly so. Breakfast was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Basically, everything was fine in terms of room and service.
